Star Indian Doubles specialist Rohan Bopanna who is partnering with Jamie Murray for the very first time have made it to SemiFinal at the ATP1000 event in Monaco

Playing against the WR3 Horacio Zeballos and WR5 Marcel Granollers the star pairing of Bopanna and Murray defeated the pair 7-6,7-6

In a close match the Indo-Brit pair won 88/170 points hitting four aces. No break points were won during the match as both the teams maintained the high quality standard during the match

Earlier after getting better of Seventh Seed of the tournament in the first round in the super tiebreaker they were in for a similar situation in the Second round as well

In the todays match they were up against two top Singles players in Korda and Fritz. Bopanna/ Murray won the first set 6-4 and then squandered the match point opportunity in the second set to take the match in super tiebreaker

The final set was equally fought with no team ready to lose the match, but it was the experience of the seasoned doubles pair which helped them close the match 6-4,6-7,10-7
