Malaysia U-21 Hockey Team Arrives in India for Eight-Match Exposure Tour Ahead of Junior Asia Cup
The Indian Junior Men's Hockey Team is set for another important phase of its preparations for the Junior Asia Cup as Malaysia's U-21 men's hockey team has arrived in Bengaluru for an eight-match exposure tour.
Hosted at the SAI Netaji Subhas Southern Centre on Mysuru Road, the series will feature five matches between India and Malaysia, while the visiting side will also play three games against the SAI Team.
The exposure tour is expected to provide both teams with valuable international match practice, allowing coaches to assess player combinations, tactical systems and overall squad readiness ahead of major competitions later this year.
For India, the series continues a structured build-up towards the Junior Asia Cup following a productive tour of Belgium, where the team gained valuable experience against European opposition.
The Malaysian U-21 side will be in action throughout the two-week tour, playing a total of eight matches.
