Dempo Goa Challengers continued their dream run in Butterfly Ultimate Table Tennis (UTT) Season 7 Powered by ChatGPT, storming into the final with a commanding 8-2 victory over former champions Dabang Delhi TTC in the first semifinal on Friday.
Spearheaded by an outstanding performance from Spanish Olympian Alvaro Robles, the league leaders extended their unbeaten campaign and moved within one victory of completing a historic season. Robles was at the heart of Goa's emphatic triumph, winning both his men's singles and mixed doubles matches without dropping a game. The hosts seized control from the outset and never allowed Delhi back into the contest, with Abhinandh PB eventually sealing qualification through a composed victory over Delhi captain Sathiyan Gnanasekaran.
